Questions about CATEYE ERP
Do we have to use every module?
No. Modules are switched on for each company, so you can start with accounts and GST and add sales, purchasing, manufacturing or HR later, without moving your data.
How is this different from CATEYE Accounting or CATEYE CRM?
Those products each cover one part of the company. CATEYE ERP puts them on one platform, with one login and one list of customers, suppliers and items.
Can we move from Tally, QuickBooks or Zoho Books?
Yes. Masters, opening balances and vouchers are brought across, and you can compare the result with your old reports before you switch.
Is it suited to Indian businesses?
Yes. GST, e-invoices, e-way bills, TDS, PF, ESI and professional tax are built in, and statutory rates are kept as dated data, so a change applies from the date it takes effect.
Can our employees use it on their phones?

How do you keep our data safe?
Every customer has their own installation, with the database in Singapore. Access is limited by role and by company, changes are kept in an edit log, and you can turn on two-factor sign-in.
