You use the software and we take care of running it. Each customer gets their own installation or workspace, so your data is kept apart from everyone else’s.
Prefer to run it yourself? All three products run on standard PHP and MySQL hosting, including cPanel, and we can install them on your own server.

Works with the tools you already use
Your website
Put the chat on any website with a PHP drop-in, a WordPress plugin or a short snippet. CRM website forms turn enquiries into leads, contacts or tickets.
Send through your own mail server. The Support Desk turns e-mails to your support address into tickets and keeps the replies in the same thread.
WhatsApp and SMS
CATEYE CRM sends WhatsApp messages through Meta’s official Cloud API, and SMS through Twilio, MSG91, Textlocal or any HTTP gateway.
Your own apps
CATEYE Chat has a REST API and signed webhooks. CRM workflows can call your webhooks, and the CRM can send one-time codes for your apps.
Questions we are often asked
Can we start with just one product?
Yes. Each product works on its own. Start with the one you need most and add the others when you are ready.
Do we need technical staff?
No. We set everything up and train your team. Day-to-day changes, such as new fields, users, canned replies or e-mail templates, are made on settings screens without any coding.
Can we bring our existing data?
Yes. CATEYE CRM imports CSV and Excel files, with ready-made settings for exports from vtiger, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Tally and QuickBooks. An import can be undone if something doesn’t look right.
Are the products suited to Indian businesses?
Yes. The CRM handles GST with CGST, SGST and IGST, HSN and SAC codes and financial-year numbering, and the payroll add-on covers PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS. WhatsApp and Indian SMS gateways are supported.
How is the price worked out?
It depends on the products, the number of users and, for the CRM, the add-ons you choose. Tell us what you need and we will send you a quote.
Can we run them on our own server?
Yes. All three run on standard PHP and MySQL hosting. We can install them on your server and still support your team.
